Another Huge Indoor/Outdoor Yard Sale October 11 (Sat.)
atLincolnville Beach
Last weekend's yard sale was a grand success. We raised over $1,100
for the 80B Appeal legal bills!
Lovely weather is forecast for Columbus Day Weekend. While you are
out enjoying the Autumn colors along the midcoast, please stop by our
Saturday Yard Sale.
COME SEE the big, beautiful, COPPER-LINED SHAKER WOODBOX with a shelf
on top; antique PEDESTAL SINK; antique GLENWOOD PARLOR STOVE with
cherubs frolicking in grapevines on the door; VINTAGE FINE LINENS --
many in mint condition, some never used; new SAKS FIFTH AVENUE
KIMONO; beautiful DINING ROOM SET in excellent condition (table,
buffet, chairs); along with wooden chairs that need to be recaned
(make an offer for one or more chairs and we'll probably agree!) and
a lot of other interesting, attractive, useful, nonsensical, or
curious stuff...
Thanks to the support of you, the Bald Rock Community -- your
donations to & purchases from our eight yard sales -- along with that
of other residents and visitors in the area, we've raised about $8,100.
This has enabled us to make our monthly payments on the 80B Appeal
legal bill through the summer and early fall.
We are still awaiting the decision of the Waldo County Superior Court
Judge. Total legal expenses have added up to over $56,000. Through
all our fundraising events and individual cash donations, we've
raised almost $51,000 with your help!
Regular payments enable our legal team to continue to advise us when
necessary and to advocate for Bald Rock. Together, we can raise the
remaining amount needed to protect this spectacular viewshed for all
of us.
